2016 Pinnacle RSQS fresh water tank drain

I can't figure out how to drain my fresh water tank. I have all low point drains open and pulled the two valves behind the wall in the storage compartment. I put the valves in the dry camping position thinking it might be air locked. The only way I get water to come out of the two hoses under the storage compartment area is with the pump on. This seems like a potential option that would burn my pump up if I wasn't around when empty. Manual keeps saying to read section on draining tank, but doesn't say where that section is. I have one small white hose right next to black floppy over flow hose. This seems like the logical place it should come out.

should be the low point drain that looks like what I have attached in the link. It should be on the right side of the camper a couple feet back from the wheels

The white hose next to the black floppy overflow hose is the vent tube for the tank.

I have that valve and when I open it all I get is a trickle. I'm wondering if the vent might be plugged? I'll have to try and run a wire up in it.

Turns out after removing panel under trailer my drain line was kinked from the factory.

When I picked up my 2016 Pinnacle RSQS we tested the water. When I got home, we could not get any water flow through the hot water lines. To make a long story shot, I found that when they installed the utility panel on the side of the trailer, they kinked 3 hoses which completely restricted any water flow for the hot water.
