I have a 2017 Ford F250 Super Duty and tow a new 2018 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS. The F250 sits high off the ground, so much so I had to put running boards on so my wife could climb in. I am Using a Pro Series 20K hitch and have it set mid-height. The fifth wheel has 16" tires. It runs very level. I was concerned as you are now, but those concerns have gone. It looks like a perfect fit.

My setup does run a little nose high but at this moment I am not that concern. In time if I feel it's not towing good I will look into getting the suspension lifted about 1 and a half to 2 inches. Some tow time with it will help me figure it out.
