2019 Pinnacle 32RLTS At Wits End!

I posted before about all the quality issues on our new rig and they have continued. The dealer has been reasonably good to try and remedy them. Parts on order. Well, we decided to take a vacation from Tucson up thru N. New Mexico and So. Colorado. In Santa Fe, the belly filled with stinky gray water. Dealer told us to cut a hole in the liner. It was bulging, and after seeing the pic we sent them said the whole liner may collapse and rip out plumbing. Did that and drained many gallons. Yuk...and a pain. Rest of trip have been keeping gray valves open so not accumulating. Now we have screws backing out in the floor and punching thru linoleum. Worse each day after driving. Bathroom pocket door scraping slides and ruining finish. What a disappointment! These in addition to a whole bunch of other issues I posted before. Looks like we'll have to take a trip to Indiana because the dealer said they can't replace the linoleum and make it like new (said they would overlay and put in wood trim around edges). No thanks. Also the full body paint has so many flaws they suggested Jayco's contactor in Indiana (Mike's Painting) fix it. Have any of you gone to Jayco HQ and what was your experience? Thanks! (missing my old Arctic Fox trailer)

Sir, sorry to hear of all of your troubles. I hope your trip to Jayco HQ can resolve these things.

I have read on hear of a few people going to Jayco directly for repairs. They seem to be happier than a dealer repair.

Sorry for the grieve your RV is given you. The mainstream RV industry isn't comparable to the smaller companies like Artic Fox who built on quality instead of quantity. If production incentive is on so many units a day instead of quality with feed back from consumers; That's what the RV industry is now a days except for those smaller companies. But many consumers focus on price and see a nice shining unit and see not the hidden poor workmanship. Even dealers are fed-up with the amount of work they have to do before delivery. The RV industry has to recoup and set higher standards. Some customers have to trade as some RV resorts don't accept RV's older than years (discrimination). I also have see units at the dealership from less than 10 years completely destroyed by lack of proper maintenance. Hope you can get your RV fixed at reasonable terms.
