29.5 BHDS under storage smell

I have used our new 2017 29.5BHDS three times now and it seems that the storage area smells. The smell is kind of like black tank but also not really. It is more noticeable when it gets hot and on the driver side of the compartment. I keep thinking it may be the materials they use in the storage compartment and was wondering if anyone else noticed or has experienced this. Thank you.

If your p-traps are dry, smells from the gray water tank may be the source. Try pouring some RV antifreeze (or some water and vegetable oil) into each drain. If that was the source, then you should be fine.

Another possible source is an air admittance valve. Those are used some places so the drain system doesn't need a vent stack connection.
