A/C pouring water from the air return

I have a 2019 unit and water is pouring from the rear air returns. Any ideas on how to correct this issue?

Sounds like the drain pan is clogged. You need to remove the shroud and check for debris.

Dirt dobbers plug them up sometimes, and you have to remove the roof shroud on mine to get to the stopped up holes.

Interesting. My new 2019 357Mdok leaks from the air return but only when it rains. Goes in next week for warranty.

There's a chance the 4 bolts that squeeze the roof air cond onto the seal weren't tightened evenly from the factory. On our 2015, we didn't have a leak, but 3 of the bolts were snug but the 4th was loose.

Additionally, when checking the drip tray inside the shroud, check to see if its' freezing over. Ice can build up on the condenser and drip from it.
