Anybody know what this is used for ?

I found this "key" in my new Jayco Eagle HT 27.5 RKDS manual(s) bag but I don't have a clue what it's intended purpose is.

That is the key to open an inside door lock. Many hide it up high in case a child locks the door and you want access.
