Awning Control
So, ran into small hiccup. Neither awning will work by the manual switch on the control panel. However, the main awning will work by the touchpad and the phone. No controls for second awning on these devices. Both have worked previously. Fuses to awning good, but I think it's odd that both switches went faulty at same time. Is there a separate power source to check for the manual switches? Never had this issue before. It's the second trip on our 355MBQS. TIA!

Let us know what model and year your rig is. Two awnings?
For example in a rig like mine I could point you to a fuse in the bedroom wall that you would never otherwise find. But that would kill the OneControl tablet function too. Hard to say without more info...

It's a 2020 Eagle 355MBQS. It's odd that it will work with the One Control on a phone or touchpad, but not the actual switches. Completely opposite of what I'd normally think would happen.

Awning Control
I would pull the panel (or the switch) and check the connections at the switch. Maybe you’ve got a loose or bad connection

I took the panel off and checked the connections and all seemed good. Going to check farther once we get home. I’m wondering if the power to the switches is not there, since it will work through the other means. I hear the relays clicking and the awning works, just not with the manual switches. Maybe I can find an electrical schematic and trace it out.

Found a 15A fuse behind coat closet that was blown. Not sure why, but I replaced it and now it is all working again. Gonna keep an eye on it next few trips and keep a few more spares for all of them.

The fuse also supplied power to 2 of the 4 manual slide switches. It was for the two slides that have the gear strips on top and bottom and both sides of each slide. These make a wind-up whining noise before the slide moves either direction. My other two slides have the gear underneath like I’m used to.
