I love the way we have hidden fuses and slide controllers. I had no idea I had a second fuse panel behind my basement wall. I took the wall down to get to my vacuum motor and found the fuse panel. That has my awning and slide breakers and fuses.

Rock, I wish they would give us a diagram of all locations. Guess they don't want us figuring out stuff and fixing it ourselves.... Also wish they would contact and include owners for our ideas since we are finding problems.!!!!!

I had Jayco send me the 12volt, 110, waterline, tank line diagrams. But they are pretty useless they just show an overall diagram. You look at there diagram and remove the basement wall and u think u just entered the twilight zone!!!

Awning problem retracting

On our first cross-country trip in 2018, the second year we owned our new Jayco Envoy 100, the awning wouldn't retract when we were ready to leave the campground. A neighbor came over to help, found the fuse okay, and opened the panel, fiddled around, couldn't find a problem, closed up the panel, hit the retract switch and the awning retracted. We never used it again on that 5-week trip in case it wouldn't retract again. When we got home and took it in for servicing, LaMesa said it was a loose wire. Sounds like that could be your problem too. Good luck.

I have found a wire not attached to the rocker switch after checking the more difficult areas while chasing the wire down.

357MDOQ 2021 2nd Awning goes out wont come back in

My second awning goes out (motor is not noisy at all) via the control panel and the phone app however it will not retract. I tried testing the connector at the motor 11v extending 0 on retract. I assume its the same fuse so that is not it, so where does the wiring go once it enters the coach as it perfect coming out of the RV, not pinched at all. Also, could the BMPRO have stopped working? Awning 1 is fine and all else in BMRPO works. I am at a loss, used the manual retract to pull it in for now.

Thanks Jeff

Others have reported same problem with BMPro...could be the relay in the BmPro node.

Up at camp I do leave the awning out all the time I am there. Being supported by the poles and tied down it is going no where. The weak link now is the cheap awning material that Jayco specified for the longitude awning. It was already replaced under the two year warranty for stitching coming out. Carefree told me (looking up part number) it was there bottom line material.
My awning is very long and have noticed the tube now has a sag in the center. Carefree said they should of factory installed a center closed support bracket. Bouncing down our smooth highways can cause that. I just added the support bracket to prevent more sag. Should of did that years ago. The slight sag makes the support arms wobble when closing and I have to push on the forward arm slightly so it fully closes.
I just lost mine this week, I had it lowered all the way and had one end attached to a picnic table and the other end attached to sand bag. Wisconsin said maybe 1/4 inch of rain no wind. 3:30 am the right side collapsed from 1 1/2 inches of rain in about a half hour and high winds. The arm twisted, about the thickness of a beer can. I have sat in heavy rain and wind and the rain ran off with no problem, this was different.
