Your first contact would be the local dealer. They may arrange to have jayco cover it as a mobile warranty repair or jayco may cover the dealer to tow it in. Or the dealer may tow it to and from as a good will gesture. Or you may have to pay the dealer to transport it, which wouldn't be much. You could always pay the mobile fee from the dealer as well. I wouldn't think that would be much as the labor and parts are paid via the recall.
As said, the dealer and manufacturer isn't responsible to transport your unit for warranty or recall repairs. Being nice and polite will definitely help when you talk to the dealer and/or Jayco about it. There is always a way, maybe not your ideal way.
