BMPro Level Status: Lost Connection

Hello. I just purchased a new Pinnacle 37MDQS and am not liking the new BMPro system so far.

I cannot operator my leveling jacks from the BMPro Controller or my phone. The status is saying: Lost Connection

I have tried repairing to the Node and disconnecting all power. Still does not work.

Anyone have this issue?

Thanks

does the leveling system work from the touch pad in the wet bay?

If so, I would look at the Jaycommand BmPro node behind the wall in the front storage for a RV-C plug and make sure it is plugged in all the way....that wire should go to this controller for the leveling system...also you should see a light on by the connections if the box below has power...you can see the red light glowing by the connector on the left side.

Yes that is the only place it works.

Thanks a lot for the info. When I checked the connector was connected but I found a white wire that came out of a quick connector. This fixed the leveling system and the jayvoice that was not working as well. Saved me a trip to the dealer! Thanks again!
