Command Center Not Functioning

Thanks in advance for your assistance. I have a 2016 377 RLBH unit. I am on shore power and that appears to be working fine - fridge and microwave oven work, as do a number of outlets. (I didn’t check them all.) The command center is not functioning - period. No switches or monitoring lights work at all. Any suggestions? I turned all of the circuit breakers off and then back on, but without any effect. Do command centers go bad very often, my trailer is only 5 years old. Thanks again for any assistance/insights.

Everything in the command center is 12 volt. Check your fuses

Check your battery disconnect and battery terminals too.

Hey Guys, thank you for the quick reply! Checked the battery disconnect switch first and it was in the off position. Switched to on and the control center is working fine! Fuse check was next on my list. I have never touched this switch, but recently someone tried to steal my trailer, and I am wondering if they changed the switch setting for some reason. Thanks again - really appreciate your help!
