Winegard

We have 2021 Pinnacle with Winegard system. My problem is getting the system up & running. Purchased sim card thru ATT and it won't connect to internet. ATT has been no help at all. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you have the Connect 2.0?
If so, we have installed two of these. We started with Winegard. A representative named Michael was very helpful. Take your AT&T sim card to an AT&T store and have them pair the card to you Winegard's IMEI number. Also, verify your data plan with them and be sure it's paid. The clerks at the AT&T store are not very good with mobile internet products. If you get one who does not know how to help you, speak to a manager. Once we found an AT&T clerk who was knowledgeable, we got things set up. I know it's frustrating, but you will love your Winegard hotspot once you get it going
