I have heard overwhelming good things about Van Leigh. Especially when you take it back to the mfg in MS to have things resolved.

And even though they operate independently, just like JAYCO, any issues will now be THOR'S fault since they just acquired TIFFIN/VAN LEIGH. Just saying

I have a 23RB and it will be my last Jayco. Not at all happy with the quality of the trailer. I've had issues with the rubber roof, low water pressure which turned out to be a piece of pex tubing bent to the point of kinking, and other small problems. Like I said this will with out a doubt be my last Jayco.

Best of luck to you, you were right to refuse delivery. I am guessing a dealer order issue. We ordered our 32rlts with full body paint last spring and took delivery in August. Our choice came down to Pinnacle or Van Leigh. Couldn’t be happier, of course a few minor issues to be corrected as all models will have. Work with your dealer to get exactly what you want.
