Well, still no luck. Still works only with the truck off. It's got to be something with my truck. Wondering if, somehow, the diesel engine interrupts the signal?

Does your truck have a built in 3G or 4G Wireless Hotspot?
If I turn either my truck hotspot on or the hotspot on my cell, my camera will drop in and out constantly.

This tends to indicate interference by some system on board the truck. Does your truck have a WiFi hot spot? Some other interference might cause the (already weak) signal to the monitor in your truck to drop out. Can you start the truck and pull the monitor out as far as you can towards the back of the RV? If you start getting signal, that would indicate you need to buy the signal extender for the camera.

Good Luck!

I had the same issue, for me I have to turn on my head lights to apply the correct voltage to the camera. Do not use auto lights, it has to be on constantly. Hope this work for you.
Regards

It should also work with just your parking lights on if you don't want your headlights on all the time.
