Eagle HT 29.5BHDS

Howdy guys, long time member just always forget to post on here. Any one else having trouble with their roof? Mines in the shop getting replaced. Last fall it failed and ballooned up and they thought they could just repair it but in the way home from Utah it failed again. Anyway love my fifthweheel, just added a Furrion Tankless Water Heater to the mix and upgraded from my oem curt hitch to the b and w. I like the curt but was a pain in rear to un hitch it was really finicky.

I have not had any problems with my roof. My is a bit older it is an 2018. I do not think it is a really common issue.

I honestly think what happened was last summer I was between Logan and SLC and it was 115 degrees outside and heavy wind and it got the sealant soft and then there was some lite spots that got wind under it.

1000's or RV's with EPDM or TPO roofs sit out in scorching heat. AZ has those temps a lot. So does other areas in SoCal. Rare for SLC but not the southwest.
More than likely it was a shoddy glue job by Jayco. Other brands have the same issues and are not in hot temps.
Here where I'm at in Oregon we had a 113 followed by a 117 and no roof issues.
