Not needed unless you have one or two with odd wearing and want longer life. If you do have odd wearing, have your axle alignment checked. Since none are driven or steering, rotation isn't needed. If your alignment is good, all tires should wear the same. Unless you do a lot of tire scrubbing from hard turns, but isn't anything you can do about that.
