We have a new 2016 377 RLBH and have had all kinds of issues with it since we got it, Just recently on our third trip we noticed that the main (door side) slide seems to slope down when it's open (not level) I haven't looked underneath yet to see if anything is bent. So far very disappointed in the North Point.

My unit must have been built on a Wednesday morning as I have had no issues of note. I am having a problem with my water dispenser on the fridge but that's not jayco's fault

That one on our 355MBQS has a slight slope when fully extended. Has since day one. I checked underneath and all looks well. It is a very slight slope to the outside. I hope this was done intentionally to direct water away from the camper side??? Maybe??
I will monitor it closely over the next 2 years.

My two larger slides have worn the top corners of the seals from moving during transit. Jayco told me that maybe the slides were loose or needed adjustment but I haven't looked at it yet. Does seem that the top of the slides is in tighter against the seal than the bottoms are so I'll have to look into how to adjust them.

Finally confirmed late August appointment at Jayco factory. Service writer was very helpful and has parts ordered. Slide will come out for repair and new supports will be done by lippert welder. I will check for the lag bolt solution instead of through bolt. They also will replace the schwintek gear assemblies. He stated should complete this and other repairs in 5 days. Hope so we start Amazon work camping job the beginning of October with rig. Good luck with you rig repair

Just noticed this today on my 2016 355mbqs. Hope it doesn't get worse. Looks like only one of the supports is bent. I have to live in my RV for 2 months until i move to Rhode Island. I'm going to contact Jayco to see what options I have.

Yup! That's the "old-style" support that seems to be the vast majority of the failure complaints....

Without reading through all the pages, is it a hard fix?

It's common enough, on several models, that any decent Jayco dealer should know how to fix it. It involves a kit of replacement arms from the frame manufacturer (Leipert). Some folks have had Jayco authorize independent repair companies to make the repairs, as there are so many that need fixing....
If I were in your shoes, I'd pull it to my local dealer, and see what they say...

Not a hard fix but I would get it addressed soon as your Schwintek slide might start to have problems.

3 supports on my 2016 355MBQS have bent.
Jayco wouldn't let my dealer fab up brackets.
I am on a vacation right now and new supports from Lippert are at my repair get awaiting my return.
Took 2 & 1/2 months to get the new supports. Apparently they have to keep the line stocked with new supports to keep cranking out the 2017s.
Repair will take 2-3 hours according to my tech. They will bend the old straight, add 3 new supports and fix the drooping floor.
Now I need a new outside refrigerator, TV amp plate, and USB charger port as all 3 have died on my rig. Sigh.

Interesting that Jayco wouldn't let your dealer fabricate new supports as they have done so for some of us previously. We took ours to a local weld shop with Jayco's approval and they did one heck of a nice job! Jayco gave me the option of using their new design or fabricating new ones- I chose having the weld shop do it as I figured Jayco probably took the cheap way out again anyway. Good luck and make sure they do it right!

My dealer finally contacted a local shop to do the repairs and they are supposed to submit a bid but nothing yet. It appears the dealer dragged their feet getting someone to look at it.

Well it appears that I am not immune to the frame support bending problem! It's been a good run at 8 months since I've purchased the 377. After camping the last 8 days straight with the slide out the support directly under the residential fridge is starting to bend. It's a good thing that I have an appt next week to drop of at dealership next week for warranty repairs, as I was told all my parts (for other items previously found) are in and they would need the unit for 2 days...I wonder how long this will prolong the 2 days!!

Tomorrow will be 4 weeks for me but the good news is they are supposed to fabricate and install new outriggers this week. Forward the photos from this thread showing how a local shop fixed another rig. (let me know if you are unable to locate them) My dealer shared the photos with a local welding shop and they are going to do it the same way and Jayco has approved the fix. I also found out that they will be installing new outriggers under both sides of the rig. Only wish they could come up with a fix for the weak awning arms.

Got my trailer home and put out the two slides that have these supports under them. Mine are still straight.
Is this only happening on the newer fivers?

There is a fix for the awning... Its called the Travel'r that the units built after December 2015 have installed on them.
I'm not happy about it.
