Furnace Duct work popping when heating/Cooling

I'm on my 4th RV and the most expensive by far...so I was surprised to hear the Furnace duct working popping when heating and cooling...so much it wakes you up. It's mostly in the bathroom and bedroom area so I plan on turning it on and see if I can find the spot(s) that are making these pops while in the basement area.

Anyone have this issue before?

Looking at my basement ducting there is a sheet metal strip stapled between the aluminum bedroom/bathroom floor joists to make a plenum. There is probably a loose staple. I was thinking of adding ducting tape to the edges of mine to ensure a tight seal.
