Gray tank dump issue

I have a 2021 Eagle 30.5 HT 5th wheel. We bought it this summer and just finished our third trip with it. When I went to the dump station this time one of my gray tank dump valves would not pull open. I pulled hard enough to see the metal shield around the valves begin to bow. The black tank and other gray tank dumped fine. I had hoped the drive home would solve the issue and the valve would open, but it did not. Has any one else experienced this, and do you know a solution. That tank shows to be about a quarter full on the JayCommand screen.

Not this trailer, but previous - the cable corroded in the sheath. I had to open up the belly covering, remove the old cable and install a new one. Made sure to lube it well. I pulled the cable completely out of the sheath, lubed it until lube came out the other end and replaced the cable. The original cable also had a very tight radius, MUCH tighter than recommended for the new one, so I relocated it a little forward. Not sure if you can do this, depends on if it in the dock or by itself.
