High Pointe Range Hood Quit!

We have used our new Jayco fifth wheel 3x and the High Pointe range hood is already not working. Neither the light or the fan are working. It is still under warranty but we are hoping there might be a quick fix so that we don't have to take it back to the dealership AGAIN. Last time it took them 3 months to get the fifth wheel back to us.
There is no inline fuse. The items on the same fuse at the fuse panel continue to work. For that reason, we are ruling out the fuse. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Loose wire. If you can drop it, I would check for that.

I assume you have already checked your fuses. In reality, it most likely is a loose wire connection, in a number of different locations. If only the range hood is not working. I would start there.

By chance do you have a microwave over the top of your range hood? If so, you can easily access the wires by removing the microwave. In our TT, there is about 100 wires under the microwave. You can clearly see the range hood wire connection.

On my range hood, I can remove the filter and there is a panel where the incoming 12vdc and the fan/light wires are all connected. I would verify 12vdc there to eliminate the hood itself.
Most of those hoods are easily removable with a screw gun by removing a few screws.
I would not want to leave my rig at a dealers for that.

The microwave is not on a fuse. It is powered by a 120-volt circuit breaker. Sometimes the manufacturer will mistakingly put the microwave on the GFI circuit for the kitchen. Fine the plug for the micro and see if it has power. (in a cab next to the microwave). Check the GFI outlet in the bathroom and reset it if tripped. There is an internal fuse in the back of the microwave. you must remove the microwave to access it.

If the hood is similar to a house there is a small junction box near the filters where the wires are spliced, one screw usually removes the cover, easy to check without removing the hood.

The op seems to be asking about the range hood rather than the microwave.

We have taken the unit down from the ceiling. We have power to the back of the unit but it stops at the wires coming out of the front to attach to the switches.
How do we get into the wiring under the fan/light shield. Even the lightbulb seems very hard to replace. I feel that we are missing something.
We
Currently do not see an inline fuse either.
Not a friendly DYI range hood.
