Kitchen Ceiling Fan No Control

Looks like the 4 button wall switch went bad. I opened the vent and turned the fan on. The fan came on high speed. Now it is unresponsive to any pressed button. The only way to stop it is to pull the fuse. Any thoughts?

Pulling the fuse brings me to my next question. The fuse panel for the fan is labeled 'rear ceiling fan and refrigerator'. . What on the fridge, which is the residential fridge, would be 12v?

Thanks

Regarding your electrical question, sounds like the factory wiring harness is for a RV refrigerator. Nothing to worry about with the residential model.
