Lippert leveling jack.

I have one of my 3.0 electric Jack's that will not retract all the way. I talked to Lippert and they had me isolate the issue by switching the wires on the controller. This determined that the issue is with the jack not the system. My question is has anyone had this issue and can it be corrected without replacing the jack. My thought is that their should be some type of adjustment at the jack.

I had this happen with a front jack. I used a driver to move it manually a little bit and then it worked fine after that. I think it was binding.
