manuel slideout operation

I have a 2013 321RLTS. Can anyone tell me where the manual crank hooks up? I don't have a problem but would like to know in case.

Mine is similar if its the Lippert in-floor system. If so, there is a rectangle shaped patch under the slide near the middle in the coroplast. It has to be removed and you will see the slideout motor and gear box. You have to put a socket and ratchet on the square drive.

Read up on the procedure on the Lippert site because there are some steps needed to disable the brake. Only problem I have had is the bolts on each side of the shaft shearing from time to time. When that happens, the manual crank method is no good. The bolts have to be replaced.

There are several threads on this site that have pictures and procedures.

Papa, I echo norty’s comments. I also have a 351 but mine is a ‘13. I will add that on mine there is a hatch for each of the rear slides to access its motor. The slide’s motor will be on the side OPPOSITE the slide just inside the frame. I have to use a box-end wrench to manually crank the slide due to limited clearance. I bought a set of ratcheting box-ends as a result. Be warned that it takes quite a while to wind it in.
