Metal Valve Stems

I am looking for a torque spec for inside-the-rim style metal valve stems (for use with my trailer TPMS).

My 15” rims have too small a recess (less than 5/8”) to use the exterior-nut metal stems, I have to use the interior TR48 double-nut (i.e. lock nut) style. I don’t know how much to tighten down on the grommets, can’t find any recommendations for this style.

I found a reference for 25-40 inch-pounds for the external nut style, but the external nut style only has a single grommet while the TR48 style has grommets both inside and outside.

Link to TR48 style metal valve stems (not the brand I purchased): https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/80869/10002/-1
