Hey everybody been watching this thread for some time now. I have a question I hope someone else here may have some insight on. I've got a 2018 NP 377RLBH and it has been relatively problem free in the 6 months I've had it. Now I have an issue. So my NP came with the theater seating with the massage, heat, and power open and close on the foot rests. Now my issue is one side the massager will not turn off. When I hit the button it like goes on high mode and hit it again it stays on but slows down. So issue 1 is the dumb thing stays on issue 2 is the massager is only supposed to have 1 speed. This is only on 1 side and everything else seems to work fine on it. I've unplugged that side to stop the motor from burning up. I've tried to track down the wires but they just go into the back rest and I cant get to them. There is no way to just unhook the massager it's all or nothing. I even tried to swap plugs from one side to the other. Made no difference. So has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do aside from taking your unit to the stealership? I know this may not be the right place to post this question/issue but I have come to respect most of the people on this forum so I figured why not pick your brains.. sorry.

I’ve looked. I don’t know what I’m looking at.

I doubt I can get a good picture but here is a video that clearly shows where to lube

Correct me if I'm wrong here but the gibs are holding the shaft/motor assembly in place and it looks like there is no movement where they meet the bearing block. Other than making sure they don't get stuck together why do they need to be lubed?

I can see that lube is required on the shaft itself that rotates within the bearing block.

Mine are screws. I just finished checking for a replacement screw in my "random" screw bin. I've got several in hand to go out and try that are close to the one that I removed from the secondary awning.

Which YouTube video are you referencing? I’ve found severe real, and though all very similar, some have differences....

If you have the small remote that looks like an iPod then, you are correct. There is no functionality for the One Control, at least not that I’ve been able to determine and I also have a 16 model.

Mine are screws. I carry a package of them I have had to replace multiple times in both awnings.

My screw holes stripped out, so at the time I had to drill a new hole in the roller until I could get rivets in it. I was about 1/4 inch before the second screw was about to fall out. 1st one fell out some place else I guess.

Finally got around to putting a 2 x 4 under the television mount so the tv sits up 1.5" higher. MUCH better remote control reception and the sound even seems better to me. Why didn't I do this 10 minute fix 2 years ago?????

Funny you posted this, I was just complaining about the poor remote reception this weekend and was looking into raising the tv somehow. Thanks for the tip!

Wish I knew this before, since the last trip out in had to take that TV of 3 times to fix the wood that stops the top door from falling in. That TV is a huge pain in the you know what.

Take 2 screws out of the top of the fireplace and pull the whole unit out (no screws in the bottom of the fireplace)

Raise TV and take 2 screws out of bottom of TV motor stand. Have someone hold TV and remove the 2 top screws.

Lift TV and install a 2x4 on the floor. Recenter your TV and put all back together in reverse order and enjoy!!!

The 377 has the TV on a power lift? My 361 does but the top of the TV is at the top of it's limit before the cover flap won't close. On my current 37" TV (OE TV was broken when we bought) I took it apart, drilled a hole in the front faceplate at the top and relocated the IR sensor. I now have a new 43" that I test fitted and the sensor picks up better although not as easy as having it at the top. I do have to route a pocket into the top flap so it doesn't rub on the TV.

Call me dense but just where are the two screws holding the fireplace in. I see nothing in front and nothing obvious inside.

Mine will still be there. I'll see if I can get them to move some of your mods over to mine. I still have my list I haven't finished yet.
