North Point bedroom door problem

Hi folks, We own a 2017 Jayco North Point flfs383 and have an ongoing problem with the sliding bedroom door staying on the track. We have had it worked on by Camping World (where we bought it?, another RV dealership and even a local handyman who has worked on our house. Every time we take it out after the “repair” we find the rear roller off the track even though we have the door secured with the snap attachment. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it just a poor design? Has anyone found a way to resolve this problem? This is not a simple fix once it comes off! Thanks, Frank

Has anybody moved the roller closer to the front edge of the door? Could be it's right at the back end of the rail and bouncing down the road causes enough wall movement to allow it to jump off. Or the rail is loose at the ceiling and tilting down enough to let the rollers fall out when bouncing.

1) The bottom guide is a slip thread and comes loose after miles. It just pushes back in.

2) We had the same problem and the same results as you until we had Camping World replace both locking mechanism at the top replaced.
