Pinnacle slide question

We've got a '15 38flsa that has been and is a great unit. I noticed this fall when I brought it home and put it in the shop for the winter that the large kitchen slide is starting to get out of alignment when it moves in and out. I know the fridge is heavy on one end. Not having any problems with the other 4. I've tried living the motors and gears, I don't see anything different with this one. If you push on the side with the fridge or straightens up and closes fine. What's the best way to get this straightened out?

The is swinteck instruction on utube. Tells you how to lubricate and synchronize the two slide motors.

Already did the lube on all the slides. No help with the kitchen slide. Tried the synchronizing trick with the motors. Didn't seem to help either

Any excessive wear on the track or gear?

Doesn't seem to be. The fridge side seems to be dragging. Not bad, you can lean your body weight against the outside and it straightens up and retracts.

As you've probably seen some have reported roller issues under the slide, you might check them too since it may be dragging.
