Pop up tv in 377RLBH

How in the heck do you remove the tv from the mount. Trying to hook up a chrome cast.

Thanks

You have to access the back of the tv though the window behind the tv

Yup. From behind.

The glass for the fireplace slides up to unhook from the frame. The. Four screws hold the fireplace in. You can take that out and crawl into the opening to get behind the TV.

We replaced the very cheap (not even smart!) and terrible sounding Furrion TV with a nice 4K Smart Samsung. Just had to unscrew the four bolts on the TV mount from the back. Just reach in from the ends using a ratchet.

Nope, absolutely the best way. Open the window and get a step stool. Makes it very easy.

Brilliant. It crossed my mind too. I work in the Sam’s club electronics dept surrounded by some pretty decent TVs. Those Furrions make me crazy

I went through my window as well. Pain in the you know what but i couldn't think of a better way. I was adding a sound bar and Blu-ray dvd player. The Furion sound bar is a joke and the fact that the built in entertainment center isn't a Blu-ray player blows my mind.

Old thread I know but the Furrion TV is making me crazy. Black Friday is coming and I’m looking at a Samsung 4K TV. I’m not at the coach right now but are we talking 50” TV’s? Best Buy has it for $349 right now.

Thanks for the idea on the TV. I was looking at it before I put the trailer to sleep. I need to raise the TV just a bit so the sensor is exposed more otherwise you have to hold the remote above your head to operate the TV.

I replaced mine with a new TV with built in Fire TV from Amazon. Just make sure you measure the opening so that the new TV will fit. I wasn't able to go much bigger. I documented the replacement in the "377 mods" thread with all the measurements. You might check that out to see if it helps you. Good Luck!

I’m looking in the mods thread and I’m not finding it. Do you know what the title is? In any case, I’ll be out at the coach to tomorrow to take measurements. I may try to find a TV this weekend and install.

Here you go: https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...32834-174.html

Starts at post 3477 for the install, but the measurements for the TV were a few posts before that.
