Guys,
I am in the process of shopping for a Rear View Camera for my 5th Wheel. I have considered both pro and cons of wired unit vs. wireless, and I believe wired is the way to go.
Anyway, the camera set up I am going to buy is by Rear View Safety;

I intend to mount the actual camera at the very top of the 5'er. Picture below is not my actual 5'er but its the exact same unit I am expecting. I am thinking of removing the middle top light cover then run/ fish the camera wires from this point all the way down to the underbelly. From the underbelly, I would route the wiring along the frame to the kingpin.
Sounds easy, huh? Well, I wish it was that straightforward. Has anyone else tackled this project and run the wiring from the inside of the RV? How would I fish this wiring all the way (inside the walls) to the bottom? As from the bottom to the kingpin, would simple zip-tie along the frame be sufficient?
As always, thanks in advance.
