removing L-shaped couch

I thought I had posted this but cannot find it. I am wanting to remove the L-shaped portion of our couch and leave the couch portion with the double bed. For the life of me I cannot see how this couch is attached to the floor. I am hoping it is not bolted from underneath the slide out. Has anyone removed a couch from their slide out and if so, how was it mounted to the slide out floor? It looks like there is carpet underneath so that is a plus I think. Any comments would be appreciated.
