Reprogramming keyless door lock
Our 2013 Eagle has the exterior keypad, no identifying brand. We managed to program initially but after several years those buttons show wear and we'd like to change the code. Following the instructions in the manual isn't doing it. I did locate instructions to use access code 77777 and do get the long beep but can go no further.
Anyone have the magic instructions or st least point me to who made it?

I'm fairly certain that the keyless system has it's own internal battery. Could that be going bad?

If it is the same setup/keyless entry system as my 2012 Pinnacle then the keyless entry system is made by "Poplocks" HDC - poplocks.com
A quick way to check is look at the hinge side of your door towards the bottom, if you see a couple electrical contacts that power the system then that is the system you have. Can't help you on the programming, as I have never reset from the default/factory code.

If u remove the two screws on the battery cover the directions are there. Full timing batteries last about 3-4 months. When getting weak it starts to fail so keep a key hidden outside somewhere. Also spray some dry lube on the deadbolt to make it slide easier.

Thanks all. Mine is not a battery powered unit, gets power from the in frame contacts. I had a look at the Poplocks site but the pictured keypads are different (mine has no lights). I'll take a look at the contacts to see if there is any info.

You may need to contact them, my keypad is not shown on their website either. Have you tried contacting Jayco?

Does your keypad look like this, separate from the latch itself?
If so it is a TriMark, I had that on my 2014 Seneca but it was replaced by Jayco with a battery-powered Bauer.

That is very interesting. That is the keypad on my 2012 Pinnacle, but the door has a "PopLocks" decal on it and the keyless lock system is powered by the main batteries through the door contacts. Thanks for the information.

It seems the TriMark keypad was incorporated with various latches and branded with the latch company's name. My original entry door was a Dexter and that was how the original 12-volt latch was marked too.

Yep, that's the one. I'll explore more with that tidbit. Seems odd that the wife and I were able to program it initially now following the manuals instructions does no good.
Thanks!

Got it done
With was into the firesafe and found the instructions that came from Dexter but is a TriMark keypad. We felt that the commonly pushed buttons were getting worn enough to be obvious and I guess if some math genius wanted to start breaking into RVs they could run all possible combinations. I just added a second code so we can use either and wear all buttons the same.
Thanks all!
