Schwintek motor access

Was wanting to check the plugs at the schwintek motor, could not figure out how to get the bulb seal track pulled down without ripping it off. The bulb goes into a hard rubber track as marked in photo, which is attached to the metal column. The wiper seal is also attached to the other side. It seems its all one piece, the track and the wiper with the track glued to the metal column.
Anyone know how to release the rubber track without ripping it off.

Pull the track from the top and “peel” it off the metal. It’s just a two sided tape. If you get lucky you’ll be able to stick it back on after.
There’s no need to remove the bulb seal.

Thanks Klassic, that was the only conclusion that I had come to after looking at it.
