Thoughts on replacing range/oven

I am considering replacing my range and oven with a 24" free standing unit with a convection oven.
Has anyone done this? Thoughts are appreciated...
I have a 2018 Jayco Pinnacle 36kpts and need an oven that can hold a constant temp.
I am noticing they are putting freestanding units in newer 5th wheels...not necessarily the jayco

Thanks for any contribution/suggestions/warnings etc

Jayco and other manufacturers have been installing the Insigna stove. Looks super nice but not sure how well it maintains temperature. It does have a bigger oven than the Furrion. Only problem is can't find them anywhere. I would like to do an upgrade someday but not sure yet what brand to go with. Found a Graystone 24" model online but not sure of its quality. A change out can probably be done just need the skills/willingness to attempt the change.

Ours came with the Insignia range and I will say it is a bunch of notches above the old style rv ovens. We special ordered our previous fifth wheel without an oven because every one we had before would burn the bottom of the biscuits while leaving the upper part uncooked. Not with the Insignia. On our last trip the wife made several batches of cookies which turned out perfect.

The one down side is it is not a very smart oven. There is nothing to tell you it has reached it's temp setting so you just have to give it a while to heat up and trust that the temp you set is where it is. I may get one of those oven temp probes before we start next year's travels.

I would assume any 24" model would fit but may require some counter top and or cabinet modification depending on your current situation. I would suggest trying to find one with a control panel to show the oven temps. Availability right now may be an issue. We've been trying for several months to find a new range for our home with an induction cook top but the ones we like have been unavailable.

I've looked into this as well. The 24" Insignia looks to be far better constructed, and insulated. Reviews of those who have one mostly say it cooks much better than the old standard rv ranges. But I will have to retrofit the 24 inch Insignia in my cabinet, and that also means cutting the solid surface counter top. I plan and doing that, if I can ever find an Insignia to purchase. They don't seem to be selling them retail as of yet.
