Water Issue fresh water tank

Hello I have a 06 Jayco Designers 5th wheel I bought and can’t get fresh water to work. Changed one valve and pump. It’s like there is a valve closed or IDK. Any help would be great.

Do you have a control center for your 5er with a switch that determines whether you pull fresh water from your fresh water tank or from your city fresh water connection? If so, you need to set that switch to pull from your fresh water tank if you are trying to use your water pump (assuming your water pump is working properly now). Good luck.

I am not familiar with that particular 5ver. You may have a valve at the pump for winterizing? If you do, it may be turned.
