2018 seneca ts kitchen slide...help!

Can anyone tell me how i can adjust the kitchen slide on my 2018 seneca.
The rear of the slide is 1/2 lower than the front end of the slide.The seal on the top of the roof is not touching the roof allowing water to penetrate when it rains.I can leave the awning out 2 feet or so to act as a topper for a temporary fix untill i can figure out how to adjust the rear back up where it belongs.There has to be an adjustment that came loose,I just cant find it and want to do it right.Any help greatly appreciated !

What slide out system do you have? LCI Power Gear? I am having a similar problem.

Power gear.Sorry for the late responce,no wifi here for 5 days.Upon further investigation found the roof was sagging,bowed downward under the seal in the middle.Sucks,big time.
