Very common, I just repaired my front drivers for the 3rd time. A lot depends on how you use it and the roads you are on, many posts on it here. I have watched that video a few times and I personally think there is more to the story as you can see it has had issues before, maybe this was caused from other issues, could be from trying to tow to much weight/tongue weight and flexing. I have also seen this type of seam fail of Tiffin and several other Diesel Pushers.

Sad to know this maybe more common than I thought. Looks repairable at least. I have to say I have had my fair share of RV issues over the last 25 years, of course none of them were ever posted on the internet like people do these days, so things are a lot more visibility. I am about 30 days out on my delivery. I will do a hefty PDI based on what I learned on this forum. May walk away if PDI is bad.
