Seneca clicking noise

Hi all, we have a 2020 Seneca. Since we’ve had it, I hear a constant clicking noise when the engine is on. You can’t hear it in the cab, but you can hear it when you step out. Sounds like it’s coming from underneath the cab itself when idling. I brought it in today for some lunch list items l. The service guy said he has had that come up before l, but they don’t know where it’s coming from. Has anyone else heard this as well?

I believe what you are probably hearing is the DEF injection system, more noticeable on the right side of the rig.

Mine is more noticeable on the driver side. 2021 37TS.

Like Bruceter said, it is just the DEF injection the exhaust.

DEF system ops at idle, unlikely. Suggest possibly air compressor noise?
