Seneca door adjustment

I have a 2017 37 rb that has a door that's hard to close. I appears the two pin on the door are rubbing on the latch on the door frame. is any of this adjustable? Thanks

I sprayed mine with some lubricant and it made it much easier to close.

Mine is rough on the door pins also.
It’s on the long list for warranty repair and adjustment going in mid June.

I’ll try to remember to post up what they find.... or at least what they tell me.

My pins were set too low and I had to slam the door to get it to close. Adjust plate and now works much better. You can adjust the distance of the strike plate by tightening or loosening the screws.

While camping a week ago here in Texas, the temperature was close to 100 degrees. Our 2018 Seneca was parked so that the afternoon sun was hitting the door side and the door was very hot to the touch. I noticed the door was getting harder to open and close. I was checking out the two pins on the door latch assembly that appeared to be hitting the frame before it was completely closed. The pins do not appear to be adjustable. For some reason I decided to relevel the unit. Once the front leveling units came up off the ground, the door worked freely. Just wanted to share this bit of info.

The door on our 2018 Greyhawk MV29 was so difficult to close and latch that it had to be slammed. We took it back to the dealer for that and some other minor adjustments and within a day and a half everything was repaired. They took the entire locking and closing mechanism out, lubricated everything, reinstalled it, adjusted it and the door and screen door, and now I can close the door and latch it with one finger. No more slamming at 10 PM when I put the dog out for her last relief of the night. Also, the electronic keypad will now lock and unlock the door. I'm a happy camper!
