I have drove many different trucks... They need Air Ride seats...

Our Seneca does not need them at all... If Stacy can fall asleep in the front passenger seat with the FlexSteel seats... That should say it all!

Really being honest here - If someone were to sponsor us with brand new Air Ride Seats and free installation on top of it... I would not be interested.

Yep I agree with SloPoke. Our Seneca has outstanding seats. Nice and comfortable.

I will also chime in and say air seats really aren’t needed. I used to drive Freightliner FL70 box trucks with leaf springs front and back and yes, they needed air seats but the Senecas are so smooth along with the Flexsteel seats I find it very comfortable.

Back this week from a 1,000 mile trip and over 15 total hours of driving. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in the seat. Maybe air ride seat would be nice for some bits of road but I don’t know any better and certainly wouldn’t be seeking one out now.

I agree you don't need them, but we have a 2016 with the Freightliner air seats and we both love them. Other than being kind of plain looking, they are very comfortable. They also have built in heaters and 3 different lumbar adjustments.

To the OPs question: I don't think anyone here has installed the air ride seats in their Seneca. Those that have them (like me) got them as part of Jayco's model lineup offerings in 2016 (only I believe). I assume the cost to do so would be $$$$ considering you're also dealing with tapping into the pressurized air system and electrical for heating function. While we enjoy the unique and comfortable experience the air ride provides, I would not go out of my way to have them as I know from previous experience that Flexsteel makes wonderful seats without all the 'complexity' air ride brings to the table. An important distinction is the Flexsteel chairs can be swiveled rearward, and the air rides cannot.

Seneca front seats

I recall another post here where someone had reworked and lowered their passenger seat. Other then cutting and welding is there any other options to lowering the Front seats? Being of average height I would like the ability to lower mine further. We are new Seneca owners of a 2013 36FK and love it. Seat just needs to go a bit lower

My wife is 5’0” and her feet dangle in her passenger seat and apparently she does not like that at all. I built her a 4” platform covered with carpet and her feet rest firmly on it. She is now the proverbial happy camper.

A lot easier than re-engineering the seat.
