Sony GPS programing

I first would like to thank people who responded to my Sat problem it works fine now. I can't get my Sony GPS to load. I plug in the phone and the android symbol come up and the disappears. Can someone advise. Thank you

It sounds like the green ground wire was not connected to the parking brake switch. A lot of the new greyhawks have this same problem with the Sony unit and android auto
