2016 28DSBH Help!!!!!!

We just purchased a 2016 28dsbh about a month ago. It has the 5 way power remote, but the dealer lost the bag of Jayco goodies that comes with the trailer that just happened to have the remote in it. Then they told us they found the remote. I went to pick it up and all they had was just a remote that looked like the found it on a shelve somewhere. No charger, no manual. Needless to say it does not work with my trailer. I found instructions online from LCI to program the remote but I need to know where my control board is. I would think it would be close to the switches that control the slide and awning but its not there. Any other 28DSBH owners that have the power remote know where they located the board?

Check in the cupboard your switches, tank level monitor etc. are mounted on. It may be in the upper cabinet to the right of the TV and above the coat hooks. If it's there, you will see box made from wooden paneling on the back wall of the cabinet that removes and the relay board is in there.

In my unit it is above the kitchen sink right inside the door. The relay cabinet is inside the cupboard on the wall behind a cover. I had to get at mine while trouble shooting the slide motor.

Not the same unit but hope that helps.

Personally I would insist the Dealer order you another "bag o goodies".

Any business - including RV dealers should be held accountable - it goes with the territory. In fact, it sounds like you should be extremely disappointed that they didn't automatically deal with that issue.
