2016 Jayco Jay Feather Soft Flooring

The floor in my 2016 Jayco Jay Feather has soft spots and you can see a ridge when you step in certain areas. I have extended warranty bit Jayco said to contact the dealer and take it to them.

Comments welcome. Thanks
Gerry

I believe the dealership is the "front line" of the battle. The dealerships are the ones who put eyes on the problem and assess the claimed or needed repair(s) for Jayco. You wouldn't take your Ford truck back to the Detroit area factory it was built at for warranty work just like you wouldn't take your Jayco back to their Elkhart, IN factory. I may be wrong but it starts with the dealership before it starts with the factory. Others may chime in differently.

Please update us on what you find out. Our JayFeather now has soft areas in the floor. It is no longer under warranty. I am trying to decide how to address this majr problem.
