When you get the opportunity report back with a description of the actual fix ....., a couple pics would be helpful to others as well.

Okay, now that we are back home, here are 2 pix on how my DH fixed the leak, basically following the instructions from the first page! Don’t ask me the names of parts, as I have no idea, but he followed the aforementioned instructions and stopped the leak! Thanks again!

Same problem here
Applied pg 1 fix but with original 90 degree fittings and new seal. Static pressure test ongoing...pump is off to avoid flooding. Seal in original 90 degree fitting under sink is Saniprene Swivel Seal 10-7150 which my dealer has for less than $1.00. Flex hose appears to be NSF 61 Camco FW 0.5 ID which I believe is the same as in their drinking water hoses. OD measures 0.75”. Hopefully Jayco will change the design as the current design appears it would always leak fairly early in the trailer usage.
I like Rustic Eagle’s ideas for a fix but am hoping no more leaks with hoses clamped in position.
By the way, the clamps to hold up the flexible hoses are found in the electrical dept at the local HD.

Can anyone tell me where to get the “original 90 degree fitting.” We are having same issue with leak. Would like to use original equipment and not pex fittings.

wwt, I am still having leaks (slow drips)around the conical washer/gasket, on the 90 deg elbow, even after securing the hoses, adding hose clamps, and replacing the factory gaskets last year and again this year. you mention the pex rubber seals...did you eventually go to them or is the factory installed conical washer/gasket sealing ok for you? If still using the factory conical washer/gaskets, do you tighten them (the nut on the 90 deg elbow) a little or a lot? my dealer said "just finger tight" which is not very specific. Thanks wwt and all who have shared your ideas and experiences with this poor Jayco design configuration.

Found them leaking last week.
All I had to do was tighten the fittings.

Well, I know this is an old thread, but wanted to thank everyone for the information here. Recently purchased a 2017 24RBS and had it out for our 3rd trip (1st time actually using the outdoor sink station). It started dripping but didn't flood anything. Will have to locate parts from this forum and fix it.

Finally fixed
I tried replacing the pex clamp with a hose clamp, which worked for two outings. Decided to spend the time tracking down parts for a more permanent solution. The hoses are 20” sink hoses with the 3/8” compression end.

FishJunky,
Looks like Jayco dropped the sink/stove combo in 2021/2022 24RBS in favor of a small fridge and counter. space...., no more sink issues.
But, the 2023 Jay Flight lineup (Jayco web site) doesn't show a 24RBS......, appears that a 240RBS may have taken its place with a little floor plan change, shorter, and drop in GVWR to 6,750lbs, in lieu of 7,500lbs.
I you like 'mods', the following JOF link reflects some of the modifications I incorporated into my 2018 24RBS:
https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...-51005-14.html
There are a couple other JOF member mod threads on the 24RBS as well.
Bob
