2020 JayFlight SLX26BH Parts Needed

Hello All - I recently bought a pre owned 2020 SLX 26BH and it is missing the sofa, dining table and bunk beds.

If anyone is selling any please let me know.

If anyone knows where I might be able to find these parts please let me know.

I would also be interested in making whatever I can if anyone has ideas.

Open to any suggestions/ideas. We do plan on traveling with our 3 little kids.

Very green and new to RV'ing so please excuse me if I dont know some of the things I asked. Couldnt really find an online source for parts.

Most of the parts on an RV are made by 3rd parties and are more or less generic items not sold for a specific model or brand of RV. Things like those bunks are fabricated by Jayco, and you are probably better off making your own. Same for the dining table. We use ours out side and they are made of press wood. It got soaked and swelled up the first year we had this trailer. I had a friend make one for me out of cedar. It's lighter and sturdier than the original, and it's waterproof.

The sofa may be made or at least branded Jayco. You could check with a Jayco dealer (Jayco does not sell parts direct to customers) and see what they can get for you.

For lots of other parts, check Etrailer or Amazon. Eastern Marine also carries a lot.

Did you buy it from a dealer or private party?

If it was me I would build the table and bunks measure for a couch and buy one from American furniture warehouse.

Bunk beds should be pretty easy to build yourself. You can probably see where they were attached, just look for the original screw holes in the walls. If you still have questions about where to attach framing, you can email Jayco Customer Service with your model and serial number and ask them to send you the blueprints for your particular trailer.

Dining table should be easy to either fabricate or purchase. You just have to decide if you want it to be freestanding (4 legs) or fixed in place and what size you need. If you already have seating for the table, you could even just purchase one of those plastic 4 foot folding tables that can be used inside or out.

For the sofa, have you checked the classified section of the forum? I have seen these listed from time to time. You could also check with a large RV dealer in your area, sometimes they will have used ones that have come out of other conversions.

Unfortunately I can't help you with the acquisition of needed furniture. But it sounds like you already got some good responses with a few ideas.

But what I want to know is how is an almost brand new trailer (2020) missing so much of the essential furniture? I hope you got a great deal on the trailer
