Jayco 25RB - Cargo limit...

I am looking around for travel trailers... The one I have my eye on is Jayco 25RB. My question is the cargo limit. I see this one has a lot of storage space... but the limit is (according to the brochure) 1,150 lbs. But I also see the yellow sticker on the tt, says 900ish (really couldn't read the last two digits). I wanted to go solar with batteries... so the cargo will be even less... I don't know how full the tt can be... I just feel like there will be a lot of empty spaces because of the weight limit...

Did anyone with the 25RB have any issues staying under the cargo limit?

You might check yours, because they change stuff on the assembly line and not all are the same. Check the axle load limit printed on the axle. Add up the tire load limit total. One of those is probably the limiting factor.

Also, weight your rig and see what you come in at. Then you need to see what you can safely add.

It can be difficult determining if the numbers make sense for you until you actually have the camper. Then it's too late if they aren't what you need. If it's a used unit you might be able to take it to a CAT scale. Otherwise you are limited to published numbers which usually vary from actual.
