2022 312BHOK condensation

We have had our trailer for a little over a month. Bought a new mattress and when we pulled old one there was mold under it. Have had the new mattress for a few days and just felt under it and it’s soaked.. it’s not on the plywood part but above the front storage . What can be put under it to help. I have lots of dry rid buckets and a dehumidifier.. please advise!!

Welcome to JOF

I assume you have confirmed there isn't any moisture intrusion taking place from outside the TT, and/or behind the pass-through storage docking station.

Although I've personally haven't had a condensation issue under my TT mattresses, but as a precaution I did install a product called "HyperVent" under my new mattress earlier this year. The product does keep the mattress off the entire plywood platform and also provides air flow between the entire wood surface and mattress material.

Four years ago I installed (stapled) some "Reflectix" double reflective insulation
under the bed plywood platform and also inside my TT's pass-thru storage to reduce the cold air contact with the wood.

Under high humidity conditions I also use a "Ivation" 13-pint dehumidifier with great results in my 24RBS.

Hope this helps.

Wondering if you figured anything out. I've got moisture... Not sure if intrusion or condensation at this point. It's in my front storage compartment as well as under the front queen bed down in the storage area.
