'90 Jayco 250 Special

Finally getting around to posting some pics of our new to us Jayco. No interior pics yet but here are a few exterior shots. Been out approx 30 nights since we bought it 2 months ago. Really enjoying the TT, and this is our 3rd Jayco. Threw in a pic of the TV and the hitch set up too.

When we look at used TT, it is just amazing how trashed out they can be in one or two years. This looks like a very clean unit.

Thks guys. We looked at a few newer trailers but this 23 year old Jayco was in better shape than others half it's ago. The previous owners sure took good care of it inside and out.

Looks comfy. Nice to see that they stand up for that long. Thanks for the pics. Have you ever run into trouble getting into campgrounds because of its age or is that not an issue due to where you go.

Trouble getting into campgrounds due to age? Is this seriously an issue in places? We have had no issues, usaully the oldest trailer in the park but no issues whatsoever in the campgrounds in my area.

I have not run into this issue self ( although I have lots of grey hair). I have read about a number of people who had issues getting into parks when their rigs were more than ten years old. I'm sure others in this forum have heard of this also.

Are you serious? I can't believe a cg would ever do that! Do some place an age on the TV as well? I really hope it is not true. Even though mine is a 2012, I would never give my business to a cg that had such a rule!

Was reading on another RV site that there is actually several that limit due to length and / or age. Seems to be mostly the "resort" type cgs. WIll never be an issue in the area we camp (east coast of Canada). IMO if my TT and $$$ arenot good enough for you I will find someplace else that appreciates and deserves my business.
