As above, check the drains are clear and not obstructed. Also that it is level or just a little tilted toward the outside.
There is a trim ring around the inside that is easy to take off and inspect from there. The outside is a little harder as there is sealant but once off easy to see what is going on.
My 195RB drips a lot in damp weather but all runs down the outside. I may modify it to include a couple of inches of 1/4 inch tubing to get it off the aluminum.
