A/C not as cold?
This is our 3rd season with our TT. We bought it new 2 years ago. This summer, the a/c doesn't seem to be getting as cold as it used to. Anything I can look for or check?

Have you cleaned the a/c filters inside the TT?
Have you camped in areas where leaves etc. could have gotten into to the coils on the exterior of the a/c?
Of course you've closed the ceiling vents, right? Don't ask me why I asked that.

Clean filters, remove the 4 screws that hole the inside trim in place and look up at the fins on the intake side above where the filter goes.
If you see dust accumulation, carefully vacuum that area gently with a brush attachment on the end.
The unit need to be off and the area dry before you do this.

Filter is cleaned each week. Coils are checked monthly and washed twice a season.
Only one vent & that's in the bathroom. Only gets used for showers & #2.

Just add that to the twice a year list. I clean the evap and condenser coils thoroughly in spring and fall, plus change filters either once a week or each trip depending. I think once you clean that evap coil your problem will be solved. Post back your results. Can always help someone else in this situation.

I have 2015 eagle with 2 ac units. I know how to clean filter in ac in bedroom as it is a unit that blows directly down. I get that. The one in the living room is a whisper mode type . I'm assuming the filters to be cleaned are in the 2 small white returns as this is the unit that blows in enclosed duct work..

I'm certain those are the filters. No idea how you'd reach the fins though.

The 2 intakes do contain the filter. To clean evap coil on a whisper quiet unit you have to remove exterior shroud and open up intake box. To me this is the only way to get any rooftop unit really clean.
