AC conundrum

Okay, all you electrical gear heads, an AC question for you. I have a 2017 Jayco Jayflight 284BHSW. Made several successful trips over the last couple of years. Had some typical challenges to fix, no problem however this one has me scratching my head.
Started my generator and plugged the TT in to test the AC before a summer trip. The AC started fine, blowing cold air. Left it running to cool the rig down.
About 20 minutes into the test, the AC just stopped, genny still running fine, no blower, no cool. Turned the dials off (just a ceiling unit, no wall thermostat), then tried to turn them back on, nothing, no fan, no cool. Shut everything down (fuses were all new), no breaker triggered, let it sit for a couple of days until I had more time. Set it all up today, started the genny, turned on the AC, all works, blower high and low fine, cool high and low fine, let it run for an hour with no problems. Any thoughts or light you can shed would be appreciated.
Thanks, Cheers
